Impact

HEALTHY COMMUNITIES strengthens capacity building and networking of actors in the district and equips them with a sustainable model for health education with:

• a health education guide model
• outcome-oriented trainings (incl. competence validation)
• deployment scenarios for the guides
• attractive learning offers for adults in the district
• as well as ideas for sustainable anchoring, international cooperation, and transfer

The results are illustrated in a manual and can be used EU-wide (OER)
