HEALTHY COMMUNITIES strengthens capacity building and networking of actors in the district and equips them with a sustainable model for health education - with

outcome-oriented training (incl. competence validation)
deployment scenarios for the guides
attractive learning opportunities for people in the district
ideas for sustainable anchoring, international cooperation, and transfer.

The results are illustrated in a manual and can be used EU-wide (OER)
